• PU-30 is a one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant with good sealing and flexibility.

PU-30 is a one component moisture-curing low modulus Class A polyurethane sealant with excellent joint movement capabilities. It cures to form a flexible, durable and weather proof sealant and exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide range of common construction substrates. It is a low modulus joint sealant that is designed for construction and expansion joints with high movement capacity in building and civil engineering construction. Uses include: between pre-cast concrete elements, joints in cantilever and flat roofs, bridges and parapets, underpasses and tunnels and lightweight building materials. Advantages include ready for use no site mixing, excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, natural and artificial stone, glass, ceramics, aluminium, stainless steel and powder-coated metals. PU-30 low modulus, one-part polyurethane sealant will not sag in both vertical and overhead joints or when installed into vertical joints up to 35 mm wide. It has excellent aging and weathering properties.

∎Directions for Use

Tool: Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

• Cleaning: Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating.
• For cartridge

1.Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size

2.Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle

3.Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength

• For sausage

1.Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun

2.Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun

3.Using the trigger extrude the sealant with equal strength

∎Attention of operation

● Don’t mix alcohol into the product, it will cause the product invalid. The tools with the alcohol can’t be used before cleaning well.

● Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with your skin, scrub first with soap water or alcohol, then rinse with water. If contact with your

eyes, rinse with plenty of water, and seek medical treatment immediately.

● It is forbidden to build on the surface of the wet substrate.

●Transportation: Avoid damp, high temperature,isolation and rain, far away from heat, handle with care and prohibit extrusion collision.

● Tools Cleaning : It can be soaked in toluene or xylene. It is strictly forbidden to immerse in alcohol and other alcohol solvents.If it is not used

for a long time, it should be cleaned immediately with alcohol or other organic solvents. The cured glue can only be scraped or torn off.

∎Transport &Storage

● Transport: Keep the sealed product away from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.

● Storage: Keep the sealed product into cool, dry place.

● Storage temperature: 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH.

●Cartridge and Sausage :9 month. Pail/Drum:6 month.

Notice:If the temperature is higher than 40 ℃ or the humidity is more than 80%RH, the shelf life may be shorter.
