∎Product Description

Gel 350 A & B is a two component silicone elastomer that crosslinks at room temperature by polyaddition reaction.The pueolymerisation can be accelerated by heat ( max. 150℃ ).

The silicone components are delivered as two component low viscous liquids, which once mixed and cured,transforms into a transparent coloured,solid, elastic,self rebound and resistant material. Polymerisation occurs without formation of heat.

The cured gel is used in some medical applications with high strength, such as mattress, headrest, goggles, skin sticker.

∎Transport &Storage

• When stored at or below 35°C in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

• Sampling test is necessary for products which exceed shelf life before taking use. During storage may have little settlement stratification, stirring evenly when use, does not affect performance.

It’s non-dangerous goods, can be transported as normal chemicals, CAUTION leakage during transport.

.∎Directions for Use

1. 1. Mix the A and B components at a ratio of 1: 1, mixed evenly and directlyinject into the component (or module) to be potting protected. Preferably smooth one side of the receptor wall is injected slowly to reduce the formation of bubbles.
   2. The pot-sealed component is left standing, allowing it to spontaneously bubble, After the bubbles are basically disappeared, it can be cured (at 80 ° C, it takes about 10 minutes).

   3.It can also be solidified directly at room temperature conditions, and the transparent model is around 20MINS,  the black model is about 60MINS.

∎Attention of operation

• Keep away from Children

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with your skin, scrub first with soap wateror alcohol, then rinse with water. If contact with your eyes, rinse with plenty of water, andseek medical treatment immediately.

• It is forbidden to build on the surface of the wet substrate.
